What do you accept as payment method? 

We accept cards such as CB, Visa, MasterCard, as well as chequesBank transfers and PayPal. Means of electronic payments are fully secured by our partner, Bank Société Générale and we have absolutely no access to your personal banking data.

If my credit card payment is refused? 

Check if your credit card expiration date is not exceeded. After verification and if the problem persists, we kindly invite you to contact your Bank to verify the agreed affordable amount of your account or to see if there's not another difficulty linked to your personal account. Be aware that in no we have access to your personal space on your bank account.

In which currency can I pay my order? Is there any applicable tax? 

All our prices are in Euros and expressed "all taxes included" taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate could be modified in the price of jewels, items, or services without notice according to updated Laws. A revision of the date of price guarantee will be shown regularly during the course of the year. It is within your responsibility to declare applicable VAT in accordance with the laws of your country.

Can I order on your site if I live abroad or make a shipment out of France? 

Yes you can. You can order on our website from abroad according to the list of countries for which we opened our website. You can also request a shipment in the country of your choice, if within the list of countries supplied by our transportation providers. How is my order accepted after my payment online? 

At receipt of your payment, your order is automatically accepted. The acceptance of your order automatically triggers the preparation process (subject to the availability in stock of products: in this case, you will be immediately notified by our website before placing the order).

How to use my promotional code? 

It is subject to certain conditions. For example, it is valid only on the price of products; you cannot use them for gift cards. The Promotional Codes are neither accumulative nor refundable. In case of cancellation of an order with a promotional code, you won't be able to use it again for a new order. In the case of oversight on your part, we will not be able to cancel the order nor renew it.
